Return Policy for Artwork

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your artwork, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

      •     Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

      •     Artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

      •     Custom, commissioned, or personalized artworks are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

      •     Contact us at [your email/contact] within the return window with your order number and reason for return.

      •     We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

      •     Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the artwork is properly packaged.

3. Refunds

      •     Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

      •     Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

4. Damaged Artwork

      •     If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

      •     We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

5. Exchanges

      •     Exchanges are only available if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
